Sign-On Information
User Names and Passwords are all lowercase. They are only letters and numbers, no
special characters allowed.
Tips
If you are having trouble signing on, or not able to receive your E-mail, please make sure that
you have typed the User Name and Password correctly, and in all lowercase.

If you cannot access any sites but our own, you may wish remove your DNS addresses.
To do this under Windows 95/98, follow these instructions.
- Double click on My Computer. A new window may appear.
- Double click on Dial-Up Networking. A new window may appear.
- find the connection that you use to connect to aceks.com
- Click on it once. It will be highlighted with color.
- Click on the File menu.
- Click on the Properties menu. A new window will appear.
- Click on the Server Types tab.
- Click on the TCP/IP Settings button. A new window will appear.
- Verify that the Server Assigned DNS Server option button is marked.
- Click the OK button. The window will close.
- Click the OK on the other window. It will close.
