Once you click on the tech's name, you will see a screen like the following.
2. Click the Run button. You may get the following screen. If so, click Run again.
3. The file should now begin downloading. Once it is done, the program will start. You should see the following screen. Leave all the information as is (unless instructed to change it by the tech), and click the OK button.
4. This will begin the connection. Once the connection is established, you will see the following window. Click OK. The tech will now be able to connect to your PC to assist you.
5. Once the issue is resolved, the tech will disconnect on his end. To close the connection to the server, you can either reboot, or right click the service tray icon (looks like an eye) and left click on either Disconnect or Exit.
